Welcome!  I'm Abby and I am a yogini and dancer of life!

After years working as a professional ballerina, I have struggled with how to move authentically, from my own heart, and how to really love and listen to my body.  And that's what I'm here to help you with!  Through embodied movement, yoga, song, dance, we can work together so that your vessel can become your medicine.

 

I am a practicing yoga teacher, Holy Fire Reiki master, and dance medicine woman.  It would be an honor to help you on your journey.  Welcome!
